Tia + Nick

A beautiful Saturday in February provided the perfect scene for a Tia & Nick’s wedding! A traditional wedding with modern flair.

We originally met Nick & Tia over a year ago at the Wedding Fair in Minneapolis. We chatted for a long time about the dreams they had for their wedding, and how we could turn those into lifelong memories. Through the conversation, it became clear that Tia & Nick are great for each other and we are so excited that we were able to spend their wedding day with them!

When planning a February wedding in Minnesota, it can be tough to plan around the potential weather elements, thankfully (other than a little cold in the shade!) we had a beautiful day to work with! The ceremony at Lumen Christi was great. The open, bright & airy vibes set the tone for the rest of the day.

We ventured to Mears Park with the wedding party – great choice, we love this location! Then capped off by a wonderful reception at Midpointe Event Center with some delicious food from Gorkha Palace, traditional Indian dances by Tia’s friends (and herself!), and a loving, fun-filled dance floor filled with family and friends!
